When I started training a couple of years back I had never thought that I would be able to achieve this transformation. I was lucky enough to sneak in a workout session with XTRIM Fitness Care coaches, Mr. Ketan and Mr. Suraj just when I was beginning to train, and that’s what I would call the turning point in my life. That one workout session helped me build up the motivation and make the decision that I was going to train hard for years to come. After that, Mr. Suraj helped me stay motivated and constantly provided me nutrition and workout tips and feedback on my progress, which helped me stay on track and gain lean weight. It was a tough ride and each day seemed to make no difference until I looked back over a period of time and saw “real progress”. It’s hard to imagine being on this transformation journey, without a coach like Mr. Ketan and Mr. Suraj. I have great respect for Team XTRIM Fitness Care for having this positive impact on lives of so many people.
For a long time, I was struggling with my weight loss. I weighed around 86 kgs. Looking into the mirror was not a pleasant sight. One other difficulty that I faced was that I had no means of filtering the right authentic information from the wrong one. The Internet made it worse. The best comfort that I got after choosing XTRIM Fitness Care to coach me, was that I got evidence-based guidance. There was no room for assumptions; each and every aspect of training and nutrition had science and reason to back it up. The diet which was introduced was flexible, which meant that I did not have to painfully starve myself or eat the food that I hated, in order to achieve the results that I wanted. And yes, it worked.
